08SEQUOIA sells clothing and accessories manufactured by the company.

The main characteristics of each product are provided on the relevant product page. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and colours accurately represent the products. Colours may vary depending on the customer's device and screen settings.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices on the website are displayed in EUR. Applicable taxes are not included in the displayed prices unless otherwise stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Orders

By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale. An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and submits the order for payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

To request a return, customers must contact support@08sequoia.com. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returned products must be unworn, have their original tags attached and be returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We will process an eligible refund within 10 days after receiving and checking the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to product availability and applicable law. The customer must return the original item in accordance with our return requirements. The customer is responsible for applicable delivery costs associated with an exchange, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or the wrong item was received, please contact support@08sequoia.com. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will offer an exchange or a refund. The item may need to be returned to us for inspection and processing.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

All intellectual property rights relating to the 08SEQUOIA website, its content, branding, images, designs and materials belong to 08SEQUOIA or its licensors and may not be used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
