RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and your purchase is subject to the EU consumer protection rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The returned products must be sent back in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer support team. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Where a customer exercises this statutory right of withdrawal, any refund of the original standard delivery charge will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and an eligible refund will be processed within 10 days of the returned item being received and inspected, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
