SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

We ship orders worldwide, subject to delivery availability and applicable laws.

2. Delivery Carrier

Orders are shipped using DHL.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7–14 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on:

• the weight of the order; and
• the destination.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

08SEQUOIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

6. Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in a failed delivery, additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
